As the title suggests, the work symbolizes objects ascribed with magical powers that attract wealth. By imbuing these one-dollar bills with personal significance and artistic value, Cain transcends their modest function as currency. This distinct hanging version of Cain’s Talisman series includes eight objects because the number eight signifies “eternal abundance.”
