Introduction

OCMA is committed to protecting the privacy of its online guests, visitors, members, donors, and friends. We understand that maintaining privacy on the museum’s website is very important, and OCMA is committed to protecting your online privacy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. OCMA is committed to safeguarding your online privacy. OCMA does not collect personal data except when you voluntarily submit it to our website. Examples of voluntary submission include, but are not limited to, online employment applications, online enrollment in one of our programs or events, ticket purchases, membership subscriptions, donations, and/or subscription to OCMA’s email newsletter.

When you purchase an OCMA membership or donate money to OCMA, OCMA and its third-party merchants and agents will request information necessary to process your membership or donation and acknowledge your contribution: your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. Your credit card information will be used only for the purpose of processing and documenting the transaction. Your Personal Data may be used as set forth below. OCMA is in full compliance will all current data security laws and regulations that pertain to credit cards and personal information.


Online Program and Event Tickets

When you purchase online tickets through the site (including tickets for admission to OCMA performances, artist talks, and film screenings), OCMA and its third-party merchants and agents will request information necessary to process your order: your name, billing and shipping address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card information.
