Summer Studio
August 5–August 20, 2024
Discover your artistic side during our extended art-making workshops designed for youth ages 9–12 and their caregivers! Participants will create imaginative art projects inspired by the museum’s current exhibitions while learning how artists use different ideas, materials, and techniques to share their voices with the world.
Workshop sessions are two days long. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited. Projects will vary each week, and participants may register for multiple sessions. Each young artist must be accompanied by one adult during each session.
Registration costs include art materials and parking validation. Participants must wear comfortable clothing and close-toed shoes. Please note that outside food and drink are not permitted in the museum. Additional personal items will need to be stored in a museum locker during the workshops.
Registration is $250 per youth and adult pair. Register for two or more sessions and receive a discounted price of $225 per session. To register for multiple sessions and receive the applicable discount, please contact education@ocma.art directly.
