Join us for an enchanting evening where the art of sparkle comes to life through an exquisite menu, engaging discussion, and perfectly paired champagnes.
Our menu is a celebration of sparkle, meticulously crafted by renowned chef, Nick Weber, who’s culinary artistry has been experienced in Orange County as Executive Chef of the Cannery Seafood of the Pacific and more recently as Executive Chef of one of Orange County’s largest catering companies, 24 Carrots. Each dish is a masterpiece, artfully incorporating ingredients that dazzle the palate and the eye.
During the evening, Heidi Zuckerman, CEO and Director of OCMA will be joined by LA-based contemporary artist, Alex Anderson, to discuss Anderson’s creative practice, and how art like sparkle, can captivate and inspire us!
Of course, no celebration of sparkle would be complete without champagne. Margaux Kepner, a Level 3 Advanced Sommelier and French Wine Scholar, and co-owner of Argaux Wine Club has carefully selected a range of champagnes, each offering its own unique sparkle and flavor profile to complement the menu.
