Our menu is deliberately crafted by renowned chef, Nick Weber, whose culinary artistry has been experienced in Orange County as Executive Chef of the Cannery Seafood of the Pacific and more recently as Executive Chef of one of Orange County’s largest catering companies, 24 Carrots. Each dish is a masterpiece, artfully incorporating ingredients that dazzle the palate and the eye. The menu will be determined with the “sports” theme in mind. During the evening, either Heidi Zuckerman, CEO and Director of OCMA or another designated emcee will join a renowned athlete in conversation.
