School Programs

The museum offers free guided tours for K–12 students throughout the school year. Led by trained gallery educators, school tours promote peer-to-peer dialogue, authentic inquiry, and visual literacy development. Students engage in collaborative interpretation of select works from current exhibitions, uncovering how art reflects our world through themes of social engagement, material innovation, and conceptual possibility.

School Tour Requests

The museum accepts school tour requests twice a year. Requests for tours from September to December are accepted starting in August of the same year. Requests for tours from January to May are accepted starting in November of the previous year.

Due to the high demand for tours, requests are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The museum prioritizes first-time visits from Title I schools in Orange County. Please note that homeschool, after-school, camp, scout, or other youth groups are not eligible for school tours at this time.
