ARTventure is a Free Community Arts Day event for coordinated by the City of Costa Mesa. Join us and local arts organization from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM for festivities celebrating art, music and culture.

Our OCMA activity invites you to make Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) tapetes, colorful pieces of art created on the floor with sand, flowers and organic materials. We will host a small altar where you are welcome to draw an image of a loved one, in remembrance of them. This event is held offsite at the Norma Hertzog Community Center at 1845 Park Ave. and Lion’s Park Lawn in Costa Mesa.

ARTventure is free and open to the public. No registration required. Following the afternoon offsite activities you may visit the museum for a self-guided gallery visit from 3:00-5:00 PM.

The City of Costa Mesa is hosting an evening of special performances and an awards ceremony from 5:00-9:00 PM at the museum.  Advance registration is free and required for this evening event. Please register and view additional details here.
